That philosophy comes from Gina’s 32 years in the Soybean Breeding and Genetics Program at the University of Georgia, where coordination, communication, and trust were essential to successful research.
Her career spans university research programs, Fortune 500 agribusiness, and independent consulting, with experience in field and greenhouse trial management, efficacy studies, biologicals, data management, and regulatory research.
